My name is Chai - or Chai-Chai - or chunky Chai!!! I am a solid girl (who is still working on her summer body). I am a very loyal sidekick who wants to follow you around and protect you all day. If my favorite human leaves for work, then I will find another one to follow or just lay beside. I will eat everything (hence the "chunky" nick name) I am offered. I prefer treats over my kibble, but I guess if I am hungry enough the kibble will suffice. I am quite energetic - especially in the mornings, cuz I'm just SO happy everyone's awake! I play fetch like a rock star and can bring toys back and drop them on request. But, if you want to sit down and watch TV, then I will just sit there with you. Whatever you want to do, I'm up for it. Sometimes it might take a slow introduction to new environments or experiences, but once I trust you and know that I am safe - watch my personality blossom! I love going for walks and just grateful for pets and attention! Can I be your shadow???
