Meet Henry 🐾 Hi! I’m Henry, a handsome 1-year-old Rottweiler cross looking for my forever family! I’m an energetic, smart young guy who loves to keep my brain and body busy. Toys are definitely one of my favourite things, and I’d love a family who will play with me, teach me new things, and help me channel all my puppy energy into fun adventures. I’m completely house trained and I’m an absolute superstar in my kennel. I’m also good with other dogs and enjoy having canine friends. I do have a strong prey drive, though, so smaller animals may not be the best match for me, and I’ll need a family who understands and can manage that instinct safely. My foster mom can't believe how quickly I got used to being in a house and having a family. I will do anything necessary to climb onto your lap and snuggle up, or playfully chew on your arm. The decision is always last minute, I like to keep you on your toes. If you don't want to raise your heart rate too much you will need to have a fenced yard. I am used to wandering so I will escape if given the opportunity. However, I also fall in love with my people and will come back when you call me. I’m still young, which means I have lots to learn, but I’m smart, eager, playful, and ready to become someone’s very best friend. If you’re looking for a fun-loving companion with a big personality and an even bigger heart, I might just be your guy.
