Hi, I’m Rosie! I’m 3 month old Shepherd mix (my humans suspect there might be a little Border Collie in there, too), and I am pure joy wrapped in fluff! First things first: I may only have three legs, but please don't let that fool you. I came into rescue at six weeks old with two broken back legs and ended up having one amputated, but I am arguably faster than most four-legged dogs out there. I am a little warrior and I don't let anything slow me down! Things I love: OTHER DOGS. I literally cannot get enough of them! I also adore humans of all sizes, including small kiddos. When you kneel down to call me over, I don't just run to you, I get so ridiculously excited that I sometimes forget to stop and just run through you for maximum love. I’m super smart, too. I somehow mastered "sit" all on my own before anyone even taught me! I’m great with cats, I sleep in my kennel all night without a single peep, and I love soft toys that I can fling around the room. I am very good about doing my business outside, though I’m still a puppy, so the occasional house accident still happens while I finish learning the ropes. My ideal home is an active family who loves spending time outdoors. I love wandering around the yard, eating leaves, and my absolute favorite game: trying to "eat" the water coming out of the garden hose.
