Hi my name is Thelma! I am a 7 month old Shepherd mix with a heart of gold. I had an unfortunate start to life as I didn’t live in a loving home. Fast forward to today - I am a cautious girl but I love all humans I have met including small children. I met a cat and didn’t show much interest at all. My foster mom has been working on my rehab as I have a previously broken and healed elbow, which will require continued exercises to maintain my progress as I age. I bond quickly with humans and can be anxious when my human goes to work. I go in my kennel on my own but I can cry and whine to get out. My foster mom is amazed by my progress in such a short period of time and is so excited to see me join my forever family and grow and live my BEDR life.
