Hi, UNO here. Still searching for my forever home… and still very much worth the wait. I’ve grown up a little since I first came into rescue…I’m not quite the tiny pup I used to be, but I’ve still got the small-dog charm with a big-dog personality to match. I’m smart, playful, and genuinely fun to be around. Fetch, tricks, toys, games; I’m in for all of it. I learn fast and I love having a job to do. I get along well with other dogs and bond hard with my people. Once you’re in my corner, I am loyal to the bone. Here’s the honest part: I do best with someone who has dog experience and is ready to invest in training. I can be reactive to noises, new people, and new dogs; not out of meanness, just enthusiasm and uncertainty. I need introductions done slowly and a little cheese in your pocket never hurts. Kennel confidence and greetings are still areas we’re working on, and a new home with a calm, consistent routine will make a huge difference for me. The transition will take some time; weeks rather than days…but fosters who’ve seen me at my best know I’m absolutely worth it. If you’re up for a dog who will make you laugh, keep you on your toes, and love you completely… I might just be your guy.
